We are hiring a Project Engineer (Iasi, Romania)

On behalf of our client located in Iasi, an international industrial holding company which is specialized in the development and production of precision gears, transmissions and actuators for the aerospace industry, we are looking for a Project Engineer to support and continuously improve the quality of our client's product.

Ideal candidate will possess the following: Technical educational background, preferably in engineering; Minimum 2 years work experience in a project management position; Experience at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise; Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Reacts promptly and efficiently; Flexible during times of change; Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating; Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments;

Key responsibilities for the role include: Plan, schedule and manage projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements; Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary; Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner; Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path; Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables; Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
